Compiz title bar not updating

(Once compiz loads the gconf plugin, further plugins specified on the command line will be ignored.
The plugin loader will not do anything to try and resolve issues relating to the load order - if a plugin can't be loaded due to a dependency problem, it will just be ignored (i.e. Add, move or delete items in this list to load and unload plugins.Be aware that unloading a plugin might disable others.
